Ivan Aleksandar standing facing on the left, holding cruciform scepter in his right hand, and Mihail Asen IV standing facing on the right, holding cruciform scepter in his left hand; both holding christogram-tipped staff flanked by stars between them; in lower fields to left and right, monograms.
